Brown-headed cowbird couple meet up on the back of a resting male bison. Many species in nature exhibit symbiotic relationships, and I'd like to think that most are mutual between the organisms. Here, the birds get a meal while eating the bothersome and often parasitic insects from this bison. I found the shadow of the female cowbird interesting in black and white.
